I provide Health and Wellness Coaching to a limited number of clients who are motivated to optimize their health and wellbeing. Coaching with me, as a trained psychoanalyst and psychologist who specializes in holistic transformational self-care, provides a safe space to explore and work with each client’s unique, individual factors, mindsets and kinds of environments that impact our ability to move forward in our lives in ways we prefer. Thus, I specialize in helping my client’s create and live out healthier lifestyles—or as I like to call it “a better quality of living.”

In my experience, change—real change, that we all need periodically for continued growth and ongoing healthy development, is often the result of challenging old patterns and ways of thinking, combined with introducing healthier patterns of living and exploring the results in a safe space that is created over time in a partnership.

I find that a lot of smart, caring and intelligent people know what they should do to foster a life of health and wellness: eat healthy, get regular exercise, prioritize sleep, reduce the amount of stress levels in our mind and body, and cultivate a positive outlook on life, while simultaneously addressing the ongoing stressors in our lives, that includes purpose, meaning and love and connection with others around us.

However, addressing the pitfalls in life that befall all of us sooner or later while also embracing positive growth mindsets isn’t the easiest for even the most motivated among us. In other words, to cultivate emotional, physiological, psychological and spiritual resilience and personal growth requires help along the way.

I provide this help through focusing on aspects of each person’s unique psychology, physiology, personality, relationship patterns, nutritional and fitness needs—and routines of everyday living. I have helped countless others like yourself to live happier and healthier lives related to exploring and implementing your personal wellbeing equation.

Time and Fee:

Health and Wellness sessions are 45-minutes in duration; $240 per session; charged out-of-pocket and conducted via telephone. I consider in person sessions in my New Haven, Connecticut office if deemed appropriate. First-time clients are able to schedule a complimentary 15-minute discovery call.

*Please note that though I am a licensed psychologist and certified psychoanalyst, Health and Wellness coaching is not psychotherapy, and in such, I do not use insurance or provide a bill for insurance purposes.
